1. Refunds on Orders:

We do not offer refunds on food once it has been prepared or served, as our dishes are made fresh to order. However, if you are unsatisfied with your meal due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect order, incorrect preparation), we will be happy to discuss your concerns and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement meal or credit toward your next visit.

2. Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup or delivery time. Orders canceled within this timeframe will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made after the food has been prepared or dispatched cannot be refunded.

3. Food Quality Issues:

If you believe that your order has been prepared incorrectly or the food does not meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving the issue as quickly as possible and will provide either a replacement or a refund for the affected dish.

 

4. Delivery Issues:

For delivery orders, we will work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues such as late deliveries or missing items. Please reach out to us if you experience any problems with your delivery, and we will do our best to address the issue promptly.

 

5. Refund Processing:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
